Tara Isherwood - Head Veterinary Nurse
Born in West Virginia, Tara calls Plantation her hometown, having moved to Florida at a young age. A graduate of Fort Lauderdale High School and Florida Atlantic University, Tara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. After finishing school in December 2001, Tara became a nurse at Central Broward Animal Hospital. Now the head veterinary nurse, Tara cites the staff's insistence to always put animals' welfare first as the main reason she likes working at the hospital.
Tara shares her home with three pets, all of them domestic short hair cats. Their names are Tigger, Jax and Jaga. When not tending to the needs of animals at work or at home, she likes to rollerblade, go to the movies, play tennis and dance.
